1. How long does delivery take?

We usually deliver orders within 2–4 working days across major cities in Pakistan. Please note that orders placed on weekends are processed on the next working day, as deliveries only take place on working days.

2. Do you deliver on weekends?

No, deliveries are made only on working days. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday.

3. What are the shipping charges?

Our shipping policy is designed to keep costs fair and simple:

Orders above 3,000 PKR → Free Delivery

Orders above 2,000 PKR → Flat delivery rate of 200 PKR

Orders below 2,000 PKR → Customer pays the full delivery charges (varies by location)
