Replacement is available within 3 days after delivery if the product is faulty or damaged.
The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
Original packaging (box, accessories, etc.) must be returned.
📹 Proof Required
A clear unboxing video is mandatory.
The video must start from opening the sealed courier package.
🚚 Courier Rules
For Cash on Delivery, payment must be made before opening the parcel (as per courier company policy).
Customers may open the parcel in front of the rider after paying.
💰 Charges
Replacement items will be sent, but delivery charges apply again.
Refunds are not available at this time; only replacement for faulty items.
